A Small Pleasure

I was at the beautician yesterday . I decided to make that special peeling of face. The weather was very nice, so my husband and daughter went for a walk in the park. After an haur’s visit to the beautician, I went to the park. When my husband saw me, he said: „Your hairs are very well trimed”.

Nanny Wanted

I was in kindergarten with my daughter for the first time one week ago. Kindergarten is very nice, colorful and frendly. My daughter was very brave in the beginning. She played with children and lots of smile. When I went downstairs I was trying to learn, but all time I was listening whether she was crying. After 15 minutes I heard her crying. I felt very sad.
From the beginning, I wasn’t convinced to kindergarten. She’s only one year. Maybe it’s my fault that I’m a overprotective mother. I’m at the stage of looking for a nanny. It’s a very difficult task.

Very relaxing music for tired students...

Spring is coming…

Spring is our favorite time of a year. As each person, I also favorite this period of a year. Flowers and trees, cats and all animals, children and everybody come to life. Everyone has a better mood and more energy. We all have new plans. Spring means new perspectives, better possibilities and greater plans.

What a lovely time at city parks! What the first beautiful crocus!

Oh no! I’m dreaming too much!

I do not have the time for pleasures, because I study English. You know…

précis:

In our times a lot of people have problems with overweight. Nutritionists say that there are no good and bad foods, any foods can be good for our healthy diet. Center for Science in the Public Interest proclaims the opposite opinion. There are bad foods, which nutritionists say no, because they don’t want to oppose the marketing gimmick. The best expression of how we can use to describe bad foods from the supermarket is: evil. Bad foods look very good and give us a pleasure in return for obesity and disease.
Bad foods contain chemicals that damage the nutrients and we eat empty calories, which can wreak havoc on our body. The attitude of our diet should be plants, which reduce the destructive impact of bad fat. Supermarkets offer us products high-calorie, a very big problem are the instant products that we can prepare quickly and everywhere.
This is a list of products, which we should avoid:
1.      cola drinks,
2.      sour cream and onion potato chips
3.      store – bought chocolate chip cookies
4.      full-fat cheeses
5.      chocolate doughnuts
6.      regular bacon
7.      beef hot dogs
8.      chocolate truffles
Each of these products is unhealthy, contains a lot of fat and/or sugar. We don’t have denied everything, because we can change these products on a good alternative.

What should I do?

Today, I was thinking about saving my child to kindergarten. This is not an easy decision for me, but I need more time to learn English. I love my daughter and I’d like for her as well. She’s only 12 months and I think that, she should be with mother. On the other hand I study English also for her future. Life is hard…

Fat Thursday in a car on Friday

On Friday I came back from our school by train. My husband returned from work by car. When I arrived at the station my husband was waiting for me. We haven’t seen for three days because my husband works in another city. Our daughter was born in Fat Thursday a year ago, so we decided to celebration it. On Friday, late in the evenings we ate donghuts – not one, not two and not three… It was not a good idea. I must think about a diet…
